Non-Refundable Ticket Policy for Yarrawonga Boat Spectacular:

  1. Non-Refundable Nature: All tickets purchased for the Yarrawonga Boat Spectacular are non-refundable. This means that once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.

  2. Event Commitment: Our non-refundable ticket policy is in place to ensure a level of commitment from ticket buyers and to facilitate better event planning and resource management. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept the non-refundable nature of the ticket.

  3. Ticket Transferability: While tickets are non-refundable, they may be transferable to another individual. If you are unable to attend the event, you have the option to give or sell your ticket to someone else. However, please note that it is your responsibility to handle the transfer of tickets, and any financial transactions related to the transfer are solely between the ticket buyer and seller.

  4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the unlikely event that the Yarrawonga Boat Spectacular is cancelled or rescheduled by the event organiser, we will make every effort to provide alternative options or reschedule the event. In such cases, we may offer ticket holders the opportunity to use their purchased tickets for the rescheduled event or provide alternative compensation. However, if the event is cancelled or rescheduled, refunds will be issued only at the discretion of the event organizer.

  5. Terms and Conditions: By purchasing a ticket for the Yarrawonga Boat Spectacular, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by the event organiser. These terms and conditions may include but are not limited to restrictions on entry, prohibited items, and behaviour guidelines. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in denied entry or removal from the event without refund.
